Moving Funds Back to Your PayPal, Venmo or Play+
When you're ready to take money out, the withdrawal process mirrors how you deposited. Go to the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab, and choose the method you want to pay out to — we route funds back to the same wallet or card you used for deposits where possible, which keeps your account history clean and speeds up identity checks. Your
withdrawal request enters a review queue; the length of that queue varies, and we don't make hard speed promises here. What we can tell you is that verified accounts move through faster than accounts with outstanding document checks. The amount you can withdraw is shown at the withdrawal step alongside your available balance.
- Open Withdrawal in the Cashier — Log in, tap the cashier, and switch to the Withdraw tab to see your eligible payout methods and current available balance.
- Pick Your Payout Method — Choose PayPal, Venmo or Play+ — we recommend returning funds to the same method used for your deposit where account rules allow.
- Enter Amount and Submit — Type the amount you want to withdraw, review the confirmation screen, and submit. A reference number appears for your records.
- Complete Any Verification Step — If your account has an outstanding document check, you'll be prompted here. Completing it clears the hold on your withdrawal request.
